Depression and Self Improvement
Many people have had depression and struggles to move ahead in life one could live with doubts most of their lives and not have the drive to do anything productive so there are ways that people will lean into the bad habits like for example they will indulge in drugs, smoking or not doing anything productive with their lives like staying inside their homes all day and not going outside or eating junk food that will negatively impact there health or just not spending enough time socializing with other people or with their familes which will also impact there life outside that person will most likely have no energy to go exercise or to the gym which will result in weight gain or weight loss if that person hasn’t eaten anything. Depression could lead into many bad habits or even worse thoughts of death or suicide, and this could even be traced back within the person relatives and family.
I believe that self help and medical help can help a person escape depression Its not easy but it’s do able all you have to do is flip the switch into doing good habits and stop the bad habits and negative thoughts that will impact your health. I wanted to talk about this mostly is because depression and suicide I feel like has been a topic that people haven’t been really talking about until recent years which is why I’m glad that there are days and social media and social media channels that talk about bringing metal health issues to the light instead if ignoring it. Therefore I like self-help mostly because it proves that with depression are able to escape out of it this may be controversial, but I think that the cure to depression is most likely in your hands. Doing the things that make you genuinely feel more empowered inconveniences many of your peers and isn’t truly supported by society at large, Cause some People are so quick to claim a chemical imbalance without genuinely trying to do the simple things.
